Return Policy


Scrapaholics NZ Limited will return full priced product for exchange or a refund within 1 month of purchase, just once, so long as the product is unopened and is in good condition. We DO NOT return "Sale" products.

Opened packages will NOT be returned unless deemed to be faulty.


To return product/s you must supply a copy of your invoice with the product. Returns are to be sent to:

Sorry, refunds do not include the shipping charges.

Faulty Products 
For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out. Once in a while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and there has been some damage that we did not see in our product inspection. In the event that you receive such an item, please contact us immediately by email or phone.

Returns Not Accepted
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on books or software. We do not return opened products or "Sale" products.


Classes & Events 
If you have booked and paid for a class or booked and paid for a space at an upcoming event and can no longer attend, notifying us as early as possible is appreciated. If you advise us with 48 hours or more notice prior to the class/event we will issue you with a credit note to the full value of payment made, there are no cash or credit card refunds given for classes or events. If it is within 48 hours of the class/event no credit note or refund will be provided. You will however receive a class kit and any other product distributed to participants indiviually. Shared products from classes will be made available to you where possible. Individual classes and/or events may have seperate policies and they take precedence over these general policies.

Although Scrapaholics NZ Limited makes every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and speed at which you receive your order, mistakes can happen. If there is an error with your order, please contact us via email or phone so that we can quickly resolve any issues you may have!

If the value of the mishap is less than $5.00, a credit will be issued to your account. If the value is more than $5, we will do our best to supply the missing product. Replacement or missing products will be shipped via standard mail. 

Backorders / Out of Stock Items
It is not standard policy of Scrapaholics NZ Limited to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being packaged for shipping, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
