Payment Plans (excluding class payments):

If you wish to take up the payment plan option there are several ways you can do this:

  • Deposit – is due immediately and is to accompany registration. Your Registration is NOT confirmed until the deposit is paid.
  • Pay by Paypal/Credit Card – You can choose to pay subsequent instalments via Paypal (even if you do not have a Paypal account) by visiting the Shop on our website and select the payment value that you wish to pay and continue to the check out.
  • Pay by Automatic Payment – You may choose to pay at a frequency of your convenience - Bi-monthly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly, so long as full payment is complete by 20th March 2018 you can choose what you do, please just advise us? These payments need to be paid into our Scrapaholics NZ Ltd account with ASB Account -12-3618-0015080-50. These payments are your responsibility and reminder notices will not be sent for these payments. (Periodic updates will be emailed to you detailing your outstanding balance.)

    Inclusions, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

    Inclusions – Accommodation and Breakfast for Friday and Saturday nights (Full Package), Morning Teas, Lunches, Afternoon Teas and Dinners from Friday 10am through to Sunday 2pm, other goodies as described in the About AE Packages section are included in the fee. Classes are separate. Due to the unique nature of this event the rules of cancellation and refund of fees paid are as follows: The fee comprises a $100 non-refundable portion (even if registration is paid in full and up-front). If for any reason you need to cancel your registration this $100 portion is NOT refundable. A cancellation received before 1 February 2018 means you will be refunded the difference of the total amount paid less the $100 non-refundable portion. There will be NO Refunds after 1 February 2018. To cancel from 1 February onwards means you will need to find a replacement participant for your place at this event. The organisers will advise you if they have anyone on their waiting list (should this list exist) who will take your spot; else you will need to on-sell your place. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be given for No Shows.

  • Classes are paid for separately on release. Classes can be paid for via Paypal, Credit Card, Internet Banking. Classes must be fully paid by 20th March 2018.
