About all Plans:

  • All packages include a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.
  • All Packages can pay off the total owing by Instalment:
  • For ALL instalment plan payers, your non-refunadable $100 deposit is due immediately. This deposit secures your registration for Autumn Escape. Until the deposit is paid you only have a "tentative" booking which can be taken by someone else without notice.
  • NO specific payment reminder emails will be sent (however periodic updates will be emailed to you that contain your outstanding balance at that date).
  • All Installment Plan payers need to create an automatic payment with your own bank, our bank account details for that payment are:  ASB Account:  Scrapaholics - Autumn Escape,   12-3618-0015080-50.
  • For ALL instalment plans the full and final instalment is due by 20 March 2018.
  • Any outstanding monies still unpaid after this date are regarded as overdue and will incur an late payment penalty fee.

The Full Package cost is based on Share Twin accommodation. If you do not have a rooming buddy we will endeavour to assist in finding a share for you.

Should we not have anyone available to share you will need to be prepared to pay for single accommodation.

Optional extra - Classes

Classes are ordered separately from registration and are released approximately the first week of February. An email with descriptions and links to purchase will be sent at the time.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Plans (excluding class payments):

If you wish to take up the payment plan option there are several ways you can do this:

  • Deposit – is due immediately and is to accompany registration. Your Registration is NOT confirmed until the deposit is paid.
  • Pay by Paypal/Credit Card – You can choose to pay subsequent instalments via Paypal (even if you do not have a Paypal account) by visiting the Shop on our website and select the payment value that you wish to pay and continue to the check out.
  • Pay by Automatic Payment – You may choose to pay at a frequency of your convenience - Bi-monthly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly, so long as full payment is complete by 20th March 2018 you can choose what you do. These payments need to be paid into our Scrapaholics - Autumn Escape account with ASB Account -12-3618-0015080-50. These payments are your responsibility, NO reminder notices will not be sent for these payments. (Periodic updates will be emailed to you detailing your outstanding balance at that date.)
  • Classes are paid for separately on release. Classes can be paid for via Paypal, Credit Card, Internet Banking. Classes must also be fully paid by 20th March 2018.

Inclusions, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Inclusions – Accommodation and Breakfast for Friday and Saturday nights (Full Package only), Morning Teas, Lunches, Afternoon Teas and Dinners from Friday 10am through to Sunday 2pm, other goodies as described in the About AE Packages section are included in the fee. Classes are charged for separately over and above the package offers. Due to the unique nature of this event the rules of cancellation and refund of fees paid are as follows: Each "Package" fee comprises a $100 non-refundable portion (even if registration is paid in full and up-front). If for any reason you need to cancel your registration this $100 portion is NOT refundable. A cancellation received before 1 February 2018 means you will be refunded the difference of the total amount paid less the $100 non-refundable portion. There will be NO Refunds after 1 February 2018. To cancel from 1 February onwards means you will need to find a replacement participant for your place at this event. The organisers will advise you if they have anyone on their waiting list (should this list exist) who will take your spot; else you will need to on-sell your place. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be given for No Shows.
